If we cancel an order after taking payment, amounts paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

CATINIO currently provides estimated delivery times based on the destination and shipping method.

For UK orders, our current estimated delivery time is:

8–13 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the relevant product page.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe.

UK law generally requires goods to be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances including:

• Carrier disruption
• Customs procedures
• Severe weather
• Industrial action
• Government restrictions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Other events beyond our reasonable control

Any such provision does not remove rights you may have where delivery is materially delayed or not completed as required by law.

8. Risk and Delivery

Risk in purchased goods will normally pass to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Where CATINIO arranges the carrier, responsibility for the goods generally remains with CATINIO until delivery has taken place in accordance with applicable consumer law. The Consumer Rights Act contains specific protections governing when risk passes to the consumer.

9. Returns, Refunds and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible purchases of the CATINIO Hydro Fountain are covered by our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

UK consumers purchasing online also generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for eligible purchases.

10. Subscription Products

Certain CATINIO products, including replacement filters, may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Before entering a subscription, customers will be informed of relevant information including:

• Subscription price
• Billing frequency
• Renewal arrangements
• Cancellation method
• Any applicable minimum commitment or other material terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled, unless otherwise stated.

Customers may cancel future renewals through the available account or subscription management tools or by contacting:

Cancellation will normally prevent future renewal charges but may not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

Any processed or dispatched subscription order remains subject to your statutory rights and our Return & Refund Policy.

We may change subscription pricing for future renewal periods by giving reasonable prior notice where permitted by law.

UK subscription regulation is evolving, and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act introduces additional rules around renewal information, cancellation and cooling-off rights.

11. Account Responsibility

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

You should notify CATINIO promptly if you become aware of:

• Suspected account compromise
• Other security issues involving your account

You are responsible for information you knowingly provide through your account, subject to applicable law.

• Publish
• Adapt for formatting
• Use for CATINIO marketing and promotional purposes

your submitted content, subject to applicable law.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to CATINIO.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

15. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using CATINIO products in accordance with:

CATINIO is not responsible for damage caused by:

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, CATINIO may provide relevant records to payment processors, banks or card networks, including:

where reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any legal or contractual right to dispute a payment.

17. Limitation of Liability

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts:

• Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
